Vanderwey Energy designs, manufactures, assembles, and constructs the Biomass Electrical Energy Generating Systems that utilize the combustion and steam system as identified in the Biomass Steam Generating System section. This steam generation system is designed to produce high pressure and temperature steam up to 1000 psig that is put through a turbine and connected to a generator which produces electricity. The electric generation system is designed to be completely modularized to allow for easy field assembly and a reduced construction time. These systems are designed to produce from 2 to 30 MW of electrical power. Cogeneration Systems
Cogeneration systems can also be designed to
provide process steam for a manufacturing facility by extracting steam
from the turbine at the required process pressure for the plant and
generating electricity at the same time. These systems can be
designed to meet any steam and electrical requirement. |
